What countries do you ship to?
1. Ship to the United States (excludes Hawaii, Alaska & other outlying territories).
2. Support to ship to United Kingdom, Germany, Japan; but it will depend on inventory.
How will my delivery be shipped?
Our overseas warehouses are in charge of shipping out the products.
Will they all be arrived at the same time when ordered more than one item?
Sometimes they may not arrive at the same time if items are shipped from different warehouses.
When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-ordered products will ship when the product becomes available. You will be notified by email when your product has shipped.
Can I change the delivery information of my order?
Before shipped out, you need contact us via support@seenda.com to change information, but once it is shipped, sorry that there is no way to change it.
