1. You may cancel an order any time before the parcel is shipped out.

2. Within 30 Days Exchange
You can’t cancel an order after shipping. But you may return items purchased on Seenda Official within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of your product purchase price or a replacement product. Please note that we won't cover the shipping fees for return after shipping.
Return of the product also depends completely on the warranty of the product.
