If the issue is with a single or a few specific keys, press and hold the non-working key for 5-7 seconds to see if it starts working normally. Additionally, try connecting the keyboard to another device to check if it works properly there.

First, clean the gaps between the keys. Then, press and hold the problematic key for 5-7 seconds and release to see if it resolves the issue.

About USB

Try inserting the USB into a different port to ensure it is fully inserted.

Sometimes, the Type-C port may not be recognized, which can prevent switching channels. Ensure the Type-C receiver is fully inserted, and try using a different USB port.
