About Charging

  1. Check the Indicator Light: Confirm if the indicator light status is normal. Does it turn on steadily in blue after charging for a while to show that it's fully charged?
  2. Try Another Charging Cable: Please try using a different charging cable to see if it can charge normally.

Note: There's only one indicator light on the product, located next to the power button. When charging, the indicator light stays on in red. After it's fully charged, it stays on in blue. When you press the power button of the headphones, the indicator light will flash in blue once to indicate that it has been successfully turned on or off.

About Connection

The headphones support both wired and Bluetooth connections. The wired connection allows you to listen to music, but it doesn't have the call function.

Fully charge the headset first; then try the repairing steps:

Repairing steps

First, delete the Bluetooth connection record of the headphones on your device. Turn on the headphones and long-press the MFB button (located in the middle of the volume up and down buttons) for three to five seconds. When you see the lights on both sides flashing in red and blue, it means the headphones are in pairing mode. Then, find the headphones in your device's Bluetooth list and connect again.

The connection cable is a universal 3.5mm AUDIO CABLE. You can try buying another one to see if it works normally. Also, you may try the Bluetooth connection steps.

About Usage

First, fully charge the headphones and make sure the volume is turned up to the maximum.

Then, connect them to another device to check if they can work normally. Confirm that the playback channel of the device is JCH-01.

If it's a Bluetooth connection, it's recommended to try the Bluetooth re-pairing steps.

  1. No Call Function in Wired Mode: In the wired mode, there's no call function.
  2. Call Function in Bluetooth Mode: Under the WINS system, Bluetooth connection with some applications doesn't have the call function. However, with the IOS and Android systems, Bluetooth connection does support the call function.
