TO CONNECT THE KEYBOARD TO THE COMP I NEED TO FIRST WRITE A PASSWORD TO ENTER MY USER BUT I CAN’T BECAUSE THE KEYBOARD DOESN’T CONNECT BUT WHEN I OPEN THE ACCOUNT I CAN USE THE BLUETOOTH
HOW CAN I CONNECT?
IT IS ALREADY CONNECTED WITH THE WIRE

I purchased your wireless 7 color wifi keyboard model number ISJ-WJK70BT4 about 30 days ago and loved it
UNTIL ,, it went into training mode or something
Now there is a delay between keystrokes and an audible clicking sound
I have looked everywhere for the secret to turning this off, but have found nothing.
Very frustratiing
please help
